These terms govern use of the Maxron Industries website, including the product catalogue, enquiry form, and partner form. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. About these terms

The site is operated by Maxron Industries, A-788, Gali No. 14, Jaitpur Extension Part 2, Jaitpur, South Delhi, Delhi 110044, India.

We may refuse or cancel access if these terms are broken.

2. Using the site

The site is for people and businesses looking at industrial and commercial cleaning equipment, or applying to partner with us. You must provide accurate details on any form.

We may change, pause, or take down pages without notice, including for maintenance.

3. Catalogue and specs

Product names, photographs, and technical data are taken from our current brochure where a model is listed there. Brochure figures can change. Photos are for identification. Colour, fitment, and options can vary.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. A contract is formed only if we confirm an order in writing (email or a formal quotation you accept) on the price, tax, lead time, and scope we state there.

Downloadable PDFs, including the brochure, are for your evaluation of Maxron equipment. Do not copy them for resale or as if they were your own catalogue.

4. Enquiries and quotes

When you submit an enquiry you ask us to contact you about equipment. We aim to reply within one business day. That is a target, not a guarantee.

Prices, if quoted, are in Indian rupees unless we say otherwise, and may exclude GST, freight, installation, and training unless the quote lists them. Quotes lapse on the date printed on them, or after 15 days if no date is given.

Do not send payment card details through the website form.

5. Partner applications

Sending a partner form is a request to be considered. It does not create a dealership, agency, or employment. We may accept or decline without giving a reason. Any later partnership will be under a separate written agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The Maxron name, logos, product shots, brochure, and site design belong to Maxron Industries or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own buying decision. You may not scrape the catalogue, reuse our images in your ads, or present our content as yours without written leave.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to break in, overload the server, post malware, harvest other users’ data, or submit false enquiries.

Captcha on forms is there to block automated spam. Circumventing it is not allowed.

8. Third-party services

Links to WhatsApp, social accounts, or other sites are outside our control. Their terms apply when you leave this site. We are not responsible for those services.

9. Liability

The site and brochure are provided as a guide. We are not liable for decisions you make solely from a webpage, including downtime, typos, or a spec that has since been revised. Confirm critical figures with us before you purchase or specify a machine.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit, including fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

For any other claim arising from the website itself, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for goods in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 10,000 if you have not purchased from us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek relief in any court to protect our intellectual property.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
